Owner Charlie Rossley was on vacation in Jamaica when he spotted this beautiful resort for sale. His love of exotic flora and years of experience restoring old homes in Minnesota spurred his enthusiastic creation of Home Sweet Home. He welcomed his first guests in 1981 and has been hosting travelers from around the world ever since.

Home Sweet Home Resort is intimate, secure, and offers full room service from our relaxed oceanfront restaurant and bar. We offer a pool, jacuzzi, and cliffside massages, all within minutes of beaches, shopping, water sports, and nightclubs.

Nestled on the beautiful cliffs of Negril, Home Sweet Home Resort is just a free shuttle ride away from Jamaica's famous seven-mile beach - here you'll find your tropical home away from home. Our resort has 14 rooms, each with their own private veranda offering a breathtaking view of the Caribbean. Additionally, our rooms feature modern baths, ceiling fans, and the most spectacular sunsets in all of Jamaica.

Terry Ann's Restaurant & Bar On The Cliffs serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a full bar menu. Our relaxed dining experience provides delicious and authentic Jamaican fare in a romantic oceanfront environment. With a wonderful assortment of salads, delicious seafood, chicken dishes, and pasta, you'll find fresh, authentic meals at a reasonable price – with the best ocean view in all of Jamaica.

Pure Serenity
Home Sweet Home is my favorite place to visit when in need to get away from the everyday stresses in life. It is not only absolutley breathtaking, but a place of pure relaxation and beauty. I have met some of the most beautiful people there and have made friends that I will never forget. Oral (Cellblock), Shane, Craig (Peaz),are just a few of the newest members of the staff that will keep me coming back for many years to come. Planning a trip in Feb 2006
My friends from MN keep talking about your resort and have been trying to get me to plan a vacation with them to come see Jamaica, so it looks like this year might be the year we get a chance to enjoy a vacation together. Hope it all works out, I need a vacation from California! -Sabrina

Memories from 1997
I just came across your website while surfing the net for vacations. My family and I visited several years ago and had such a wonderful time. We arrived on Christmas Eve and was (pleasantly) shocked by all the excitement and craziness that Jamaica is at this time of year. HSH was wonderful and we had such an amazing time! Still lovely...
Charlie... Just returned from a month long stay at your resort...the staff was wonderful as always! The resort is excellent in helping to unwind and relax. This was my 3rd visit since January...I guess that says it all!!! Now we all know why it's "Home Sweet Home"...I'm thinking I should use the resort address as my resident address!!!...keep up the good work... Thea
