Our Story
Since 1980, Home To Thousands Of Amazing Vacations
Charlie Rossley bought this special place in 1980, and thousands of guests have called it home since. And Charlie keeps building: two new rooms recently and always the next improvement on the way. The resort you return to is always a little better than the one you left.
What hasn't changed is everything you come to Jamaica for in the first place: the people, the culture, the cliffs, the sea, and the sunset. We've been here since 1980, and we're still just as intimate as we were the day Charlie bought this place on a torn paper bag offer. That's not changing. We have 19 rooms. That's it. And every single one has a view.
The People

What keeps guests coming back is the warmth of the people here. Tina keeps everything running smooth. The kitchen cooks with real love, and the housekeepers tend to the rooms like their own. Deno keeps the property secure and beautiful. Our drivers, among the safest and most experienced in Jamaica, meet your flight and drive your tours. And Charlie is always finding the next way to make Home Sweet Home better.
Resort Information
Location
We are located on the West End cliffs of Negril, Jamaica, the westernmost point of the island. Seven Mile Beach is about 10 minutes away. We are approximately 1.5 hours from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. We offer complimentary luggage storage.
Airport Transfers
We arrange private airport transfers from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. The drive is approximately 1.5 hours along the scenic coastal road. Contact us to arrange your transfer.
Activities
Cliff jumping and swimming directly from our property, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, sunset watching from our cliffside deck. We also arrange tours: Rick's Cafe, boat trips to the reef and Booby Cay island, sunset catamaran cruises, YS Falls, Mayfield Falls, Blue Hole, the Black River safari, Floyd's Pelican Bar, the Appleton Rum Estate, and more.
Connectivity
We offer fast Starlink WiFi throughout the property, including in all rooms and common areas, with solar backup power so it stays up. All rooms have a Smart TV. Cell service is available throughout the property.
