• Anthropic (Claude): Powers the chat concierge on our website. Messages you type in the chat are processed by Anthropic's AI service to generate replies, and chat transcripts are retained so we can improve our answers. If you are signed in to the guest portal, the concierge is also given your first name and a summary of your reservation (room, dates, status) so it can help without re-verifying you. Please avoid typing card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat
