Simple: cancel 30 or more days before arrival and we refund you in full. Inside 30 days your deposit is never lost; all of it applies to new dates of your choice. Need different dates? Just ask and we will move your stay.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Is airport transfer available?

Yes! We can arrange airport transfers from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. Contact us to arrange your pickup.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely through Authorize.net.
